With the fast development of network technology and information technology, the new generation distance education come into the network age. Network education overcomes the restriction of limited education resource and traditional method, make the individuation education which is formerly unrealized become possible. But teachers and students are separated in time and space, which brings more difficulty to the distance learner. So providing perfect learning support service become the important topic in distance education research field. With the increasing number of distance learner in our country, discuss offering the on-line learning support, which ensures the quality and success of distance education, become more important. Now many research organizations attempt to exploit Intelligent Question Answering System, in order to solve study difficulty in time and improve the effect of network teaching.To offering the effective learning support service, we should consider the character of distance learner and summarize their study rules, to adopting corresponding strategy. To enhance the system's intelligence, the paper put forwards some strategies from the system model, course field repository and improving search speed and quality.By analysis Intelligent Question Answering System's basic educational theory, analyzing current situation of the domestic and oversea system, the paper establishes system mode and working flow, which are based cooperation study mode and information search technology. As well as discussing how to develop cooperation, how to set up inspirit mechanism to get the most production in the equality and friendly intercommunion atmosphere. In the course field repository aspect, lucubrate the ontology and it's constructing method, considering the artificial intelligence Latent Semantic network research fruits, explore the method of using ontology to build domain repository, so as to optimizing research resultant. In order to advancing search efficiency and quality, design scheme based inverted index data-base system and key-words text-character choosing and accounting methods which improve TFIDF arithmetic, give prominence to the reliability of teaching resource and key word's location, length and relationship, optimizing the intrinsic Intelligent Question Answering System.At last in my paper summarize the results and shortage of this research, discussing the further direction of the research.
