Management Research For Spectrum Sharing

Electromagnetism spectrum is valuable tactic resource which owned by nation, the intention of spectrum sharing radio is for improving the utilizing of the spectrum. And the new problems come out which attention by the spectrum management bureau all over the world. So there are important theory and realism meanings into the subject of this paperThe paper takes deeply research into the physical characteristic of radio spectrum, and the basic principia of spectrum management. The keystone is the basic theory of spectrum sharing and cognitive radio, and what's the challenge to the traditional management method. And more, the paper provides the new mode for improving the utilizing of the spectrum. There are several contents inside the paper, the allocation of frequency, the management of the cognitive radio, and the quality supervising, etc. So the paper shall be useful to our radio frequency management departments which should adjust to a dynamic method.The first chapter of this paper, there are the introduction about the trait of radio resource and the definition about the radio spectrum. And then in the chapter 2, I give the analysis about two new technologies: Cognitive Radio/UWB. These three methods would bring new project to spectrum management. After that, at chapter 3, the analysis about the status of Frequency Management for China. And focus on the new technology equipments, I provide the new management method of radio devices. At last, I describe the future of Chinese spectrum management. The main point of the paper is to work over the method of radio management. And then there is the analysis about two new technologies for utilizing the spectrum effectively which called spectrum sharing radio technologies. With the analysis about medieval method for spectrum management, I provide the blue print about the radio equipments type approval process in China, and the new way of spectrum management.
