Implementation And Optimization Of CPOS Optical Interface Board Driver

Data Communications is one of the fastest developed communication operations at present. Because of high data rate and high performance, SDH/SONET networks is widely used in present communicate networks. CPOS Router data access equipment is a long-range data network access and connect equipment implementing lower signal vc12 inserted to stm-1 signal to complete the function of assembling 2M/s El data on long-range data network.In the past two years, I participated in CPOS Router product design and upgrade project, accomplished CPOS drive program naturalization under higher software version and optimaization of drive software structure, then acquired good effect.After a simple import of the paper's background and work content, the paper introduces the basic structure of hardware and software, functions of some important modules and the chips used by CPOS hardware.The second part is the paper's main part. It consists of three chapters. The first one is design and implementation of CPOS driver. It introduces the system's software and hardware structure in detail through design principle and design scheme, expounds some main processes in system function implementation and process flow by flow chart. The second chapter is optimization of CPOS driver module. By analyzing the shortage of primary V42 system, Vanlink developed V62 system. On the basis of CPOS driver character and combining with V62 system, I made great modification to the software structure. The paper introduces system implement part in detail and clarifies the character of the upgrade program. The last chapter simply introduces function test, specializes some common problems and bring forward the resolvents.
