With the rapid development of IT technology, the enterprise information systems have been rapid development. However, these technologies of information systems are quite different, resulting in these systems not sharing information, data and system functions. These questions seriously hinder the overall process of informational construction. How to resolve the information islands, have become the important tasks of IT departments.SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) can help IT departments resolve the information islands, and complete the interconnection task among the various systems, under the premise of not changing the IT infrastructure. SOA has many characteristics including abstract, loosely coupled and coarse-grained, so it can let the function modules of existing systems be reused. Based SOA, the method of achieving system interconnection, can retain the original system, and save the cost of development, so it conducives to the integration of IT resources. This paper focuses on the interconnection model of telecom enterprises' information systems. Firstly, we analyses the state of information systems, and elaborated on the advantages of the SOA architecture in the interconnection of systems, and then did an in-depth study about the Web Services technology and SCA norms. Secondly, based on SOA layered architecture model, we came up with an integration pattern, and completed the interoperable design of "Telecom Enterprise Integrated Office Information Management System" and "Network File Services System". Finally, we implemented the interconnection of the two systems, using open-source projects and the existing systems environment.
