Next Generation Network is regarded as service driven network. The demand for quickly delivering new service is increasingly becoming a business imperative today. However, this demand can't be met by current service provision and service development technologies. In the trend of telecommunication network and Internet towards convergence, it is important to learn the success experiences of existed service provision and service development technologies from telecommunication domain and introduce the new technologies of SOA(Services Oriented Achitechture) from software domains, for convergent network oriented next generation service provision.Driven by the demand and principle discussed above, this dissertation studies how to build a SOA based services provision architecture for convergent network and researched some key technology of the proposed architecture. The main contributions are as follows:1. The telecommunication services under condition of net merging should have the characters of great variety, plentiful content and individuation. Some international organization currently has brought up some languages to describe the calling kind services. This paper presents a service flow describing language XPL which mainly focuses on value-added service in telecom field, and the supporting system of this language. XPL has the ability to describe both calling and digital services. This language is at high abstract level, easily used and fast at developing service. Due to the base of SOA, the supporting system suits service creation under the condition of net merging.2. In this paper, we add a coordination technology based on tuple space communication in XPL. Then XPL has the ability to describe richer and more colorful services, which means different terminal end users can have complicate interaction. And this can meet the requirement of the variety of the services to some extend under the condition of net merging.3. Special field oriented software supportive framework is advancing toward SOA, with the progress of the net and middle ware technology. On one hand the co-operation between the web and the component is one key problem of the software framework based on SOA, on the other hand, composition based on work flow is important for the business flow oriented supportive technology, so the research on the framework which is able to support woke flow view point under the condition of SOA has important application value. This paper presents a business flow oriented meta pattern based on component organization. The idea of this pattern is to abstract the Web Services operation and flow control operation from the component as much as possible, and let the process engine charge with it, so the components could become simpler. The component descriptors are used to describe the business flow, and they can become the special field oriented business language.4. The location-based services will be the next climax of the telecom value-added services after the SMS, and this paper presents a geography information service describing language GDL based on the XPL. XPL and GDL have the ability to describe LBS-Oriented telecom services in coordination. Those languages are at high abstract level, easily used and fast at developing service. This paper also presents the supporting system of those languages. Due to the base of SOA, the supporting system suits service creation under the condition of net merging.
