With the development of world economic and social requirement,Interior and exterior situations of post bureau have been changed greatly. Globalization and the emergence of mobile communication products such as phones, cell phones and Internet challenge post service products. In Joining the WTO, China's service market is opened generally. Foreign delivery companies increase their steps to occupy the express delivery and material resources market. More and more national enterprises join to compete. From then on CRM obtained the postal service attention, The core of CRM is behavior segmentation, behavior segmentation relies on the implementation of the development of information technology, only the development of information technology, behavior segmentation become to the basis of low-cost applications to enterprise.This thesis elaborate the generation and development of CRM, introduce the concept and main points of CRM, propose the existing problems of CRM, and point the great meaning that using data mining technology to implement behavior segmentation.The main content of the thesis is the study of classification system. The thesis introduces two key technology: data base technology and data mining technology. Then, it propose the differences between data mining and traditional analysis method, introduce some classification method of data mining technology, and introduce the theory of C4.5 algorithm specifically. Based on the analysis of the theory and combined the characteristics of behavior segmentation, propose main aim and system function of classification system for one-to-one marketing, and give the details about the composition of classification system.The innovation of the thesis is represented by the structure of classification system and implement of functions, based on data base and data mining technology, and combined the study of CRM.
