This paper consigned by a spin enterprise of JiangSu TaiZhou, takes on the research and implementation of the TianCan thread configuration emulate system. The system intelligent generates the TianCan thread configuration by its mathematic model and sample image data.The emulate system use two methods extract the sample image data from TianCan thread's bitmap file: Canny edge detection algorithm and self-study extract algorithm based on statistics. After extraction, establish the database of sample image data. Then the system generate the TianCan thread's shape by the BaoCan, BingCan and GuCan thread's mathematic model and fill the sample color data into it, so can get the configuration. To make the emulate configuration more real feeling, the system provides smoothness adjust algorithm and hue, saturation, value adjust algorithm.The paper systemic illustrates the author's research results:1. Research and implementation Canny edge detection algorithm, extract the sample image data.2. Research and implementation self-study extract algorithm based on statistics.3. Establish the database of sample image data.4. Base on the TianCan thread's mathematic model and sample image data, intelligent generate the configuration.5. Use several algorithm adjust the configuration to get the configuration more real felling.The thesis implements the emulation system base on the compute image process technology. The spin enterprise's design engineer can use the system, dynamic modify the thread's parameters to emulate a new thread product. This improves a new product's development speed and save the enterprise's cost.
