The Design And Implementation Of A TianCan Thread Configuration Emulate System

This paper consigned by a spin enterprise of JiangSu TaiZhou, takes on the research and implementation of the TianCan thread configuration emulate system. The system intelligent generates the TianCan thread configuration by its mathematic model and sample image data.The emulate system use two methods extract the sample image data from TianCan thread's bitmap file: Canny edge detection algorithm and self-study extract algorithm based on statistics. After extraction, establish the database of sample image data. Then the system generate the TianCan thread's shape by the BaoCan, BingCan and GuCan thread's mathematic model and fill the sample color data into it, so can get the configuration. To make the emulate configuration more real feeling, the system provides smoothness adjust algorithm and hue, saturation, value adjust algorithm.The paper systemic illustrates the author's research results:1.
