Rapid development of Internet provides a platform which people can share and release information without of limit of time and space. As the best application of Internet, World Wide Web (WWW) has gained a great of success in recent decades. WWW has two functions in our daily life. One is that it is more convenient for us to study and live by using of WWW. On the other side, it is difficult to get useful knowledge from huge volumes of data in WWW, this is the confusion originated from "information explosion".Concept Lattice is a useful tool which is quickly developed for representation and analysis of data. It has widely been used in the field of knowledge discovery and data mining and has been achieve better results. So it is very important to further investigate the lattice's basic theory and application in the field of knowledge discovery.The development and status of medical diagnosing systems and concept lattice are firstly introduced in this paper. Mathematics foundation of concept lattice is analyzed, and it provides theory knowledge and research method for further study of concept lattice. Moreover, basic theory and construction method of concept lattice are also discussed.Then expert system, relevance feedback, inclusion degree and some necessary knowledge are then depicted, which are the basis of the system proposed in this paper.At last, after concept lattice is introduced to medical field, an intelligent method to diagnose disease based concept lattice has been proposed. The system frame of information retrieval is based on expert system. For finding more exact data, relevance feedback technology is employed to update case database and form dynamic knowledge database. The concept lattices are automatically constructed in the system for each case, and these lattices will be matched with query lattice to find most similar case. Thereby, the disease is diagnosed intelligently.
