Reverse engineering is an intergrated use of computer vision, computer graphics, computer image processing, differential geometry, computational geometry, pattern recognition,numerical analysis,data structures and software engineering and CAD the most active areas of research branch.How fast,accurate access to the surface of the measured object model measurements and processing of these data,three-dimensional model to achieve reconstruction,interactive design and innovative design,repaid prototyping in order to put on the market is kind of the reverse design on a key issue.Use of three-dimensional visual realization of the object model is three-dimension reconstruction of the present Reverse Engineering a hot issue,this paper is mainly for reverse engineering to achieve the ultimate aim of using binocular stereo vision to achieve this process some of the key theories and techniques analysis of the building to achieve the purpose experimental system.Focused on using stereoscopic 3D calibration of a camera calibration and three-dimensional coordinates of space at the data put together for the achievement of theoretical analysis and experimental analysis of the relevant.Experimental machine vision system is mainly used as the theoretical basis, constructed from two CMOS cameras constitute the binocular stereo vision experimental system.
