It is a important subject that nondestructive determinate fruit internal quality celeritily and real-timely with people put more requirement on fruit internal quality. Near infrared spectrum technology take advantange of cheapness convenience celerity and nondestruction to other spectrum analysis technonlogy, and had a widely application on agricultrul products quality assessment. Based on this, the study adopt near infrared transmission spectroscopy to determinate the internal quality of apples, including the following four aspects:1. Begin the research from the possibility of using near-infrared detect internal quality of fruits, strictly abide the process of near-infrared spectroscopy detection, a near-infrared transmission platform was constructed and a near-infrared spectroscopy quantitative analysis software were selected; the reliability of near infrared transmission platform and near-infrared quantitative analysis software were measured by a simple single - apple indicators sugar content experiment, the results show that on-line detection of internal quality in apples by near-infrared transmission technology is feasible.2. Two experimental plan were arranged for testing the fruit size impact in near-infrared transmission technology, the experimental results show that: gradient of a different sample size modeling, can be eliminated fruit size of the impact test results, effectively improve the stability of the model; the second differential treatment received the highest accuracy of the model, and its effects also predicted the best model of precision; the precision of model were impacted by the selected samples and method of modeling; establishment of model should be chosen with certain differences in the size of the sample, nd adopt the best way to meet the modeling near-infrared detection of actual needs.3. On-line for near-infrared detection of where to place the fruit of the question, arranged the samples in different light number of locations under different experiments, experimental results show that: under 4*100W light source, different fruit placed on the state test results only Minor impact, on-line detection of state without regard to the impact of apple , the best source of the apple samples under this experiment is 4*100W.4. The samples of obvious characteristics were elected join single-species model to enhance the applicability of model, the results show that the method is successful; the multi-species model were used to simulate the detection of online application, the application of the applicability of the accuracy is 87 percent, basically meet the actual need.
