The research indicated: the relation between freshness of egg and frequency characteristic of impulse was close, especially, the sympathetic vibration frequency increased with the decrease of egg's freshness.And then measuring the data of image and frequency characteristic of impulse from the same egg of different freshness, Building the model by step-regression and checked out it. The research indicated: the freshness of egg was related to the I, Bi, Freq, Area and Cx.The model's R was 0.9248.When research the comprehensive & non-destructive detection for eggshell's crack, measuring the data of image and frequency characteristic of impulse from the same egg, using the image's parameters to correct sound's parameters. Given the method of amendment to increase the different of sound parameter. Building the Bayes model of eggshell's crack. The research indicated: the egg's size and shape impacted sound's parameters, the amended parameters characteristic was more obviously.Using the same method above all to inspect the freshness model and eggshell's crack model. Comparing the testing value to real value, the research indicated: the detection accuracy of freshness model was about 92%, and eggshell's crack model was about 98%.The software system had several points: Rapid speed, high precision and strong stability, Simple operation interface, more function, and good ductility.
