With the greatly development of the design and fabrication, in design and producing of optical instruments, it is more and more notable about special functions of aspheric optics. And it is required more high-accuracy measurement about aspheric optics.The paper studies mainly a new kind of measure method of aspheric surface—laser wavelength scanning interference testing method. This research is aim at putting forwarding laser wavelength scanning interference testing method. Processing and analyzing instantly-read interference pattern corresponding with continuous varying wavelength, the method overcomes the following disadvantage. For example, the longer referenced and measuring optical circuit in big-scale high-accuracy aspheric testing, and the sensitive interferential system to the disturb, such as the oscillation of worktable, dithering of air, and so on.In this paper, we put forward the background and meaning of this study firstly, and summarize the development of correlative technology at home and abroad. Then, we expound on the principle of measuring aspheric optics. Basing on this, we present the principle of laser wavelength scanning interference testing method, and achieve the experiment device of interferometer. The hardware of experiment system includes: the laser system that can be tuned ,the optical system ,and image gathering system. Further more, we analyze the laser that can be tuned, and present the optimization design of optical system. The software of experiment system includes: interference fringe processing system, and the output of measuring results. We emphasize the method and principle for interference fringe processing ,and some arithmetic in point. Then, we compile the software. In conclusion, we gain the sample and results of actual testing basing on experiments, and validate the rationality of results.
