In this thesis, the video sharpness processing of shooting range is researched. The main work is as follows:A new algorithm which combines Radon transform and Gray Projecting Integral is proposed to analyze negative ripples, and this algorithm improves the negative ripples detecting method which usually accomplished by Hough transform. Radon transform is more simple and effective than Hough transform in negative ripples. Compared to the aforementioned transforms, Gray Projecting Integral improves computational efficiency and decreases the image information loss by processing the non-binarization spectrum image.Gray Projecting Integral method for detecting negative ripples is realized, and the complete image restoration algorithm is optimized. The negative ripples in spectrum image are enhanced by gray equalization, thus degenerate parameters can be estimated more effectively. The simulation experiment for frequency spectrum analyzing algorithm is completed by intercepting the middle region of manual motion blurred image.The image evaluation functions are selected to estimate the quality of shooting range restored image according to its degenerate mechanism, and the primary restoration of global motion-blurring caused by the motion of theodolite is realized.
