Now, various kind of pump product has extensively been used each departments of national economy such as petroleum, chemical industry, mine, metallurgy, machinery, electric power, medical treatment, hygiene, agriculture, water conservancy, navigation, spaceflight etc. Thus performance parameters such as the structure of pump, energy consumption and efficiency etc look particularly important. The purpose of water pump test is providing the objectively appraises for quality and performance of product, providing the foundation data for the improvement reasonably of production technology.The design principle of pump product test system was expounded in this article, including the survey meter which measures all needing parameters of the pump product trial, the analyse software of pump product tested and issuance on the Internet network. This article has two emphatic contents: 1, analysed the error reason of convention measurement method, and put forward the low cost and high precision measurement algorithms; 2, analysed the limitations of Genetic Algorithms on the documents at present, and put forward the high efficiency Genetic Algorithms with the quick overall convergence, and apply to the fitting of pump's cavitation test data, and solved the problem of cavitation fitting that the effect is bad for a long time before.Examining and testing through the legal measure organization after the system developed successfully, the systematic performance is superior to the national standard of GB/T3216-89B's level. Over a long period of time use by some companies, it indicates the features such as a systematic performance is stable and the data precision is high and the operation is simple and convenient etc, and effectively improves and raises the test level of pump product.
