With the further development education informationization,education resources has more and more played a role in increasing teaching quality and making full of informational education. The construction of education resources, as an important research domain of instructional technology, is the foundation education resources construction. Now, the development of the network and multimedia technology make the multimedia resources, especially audio, video and animation more and more plentiful, which is the important source of education resources construction. But finding necessitous multimedia resources in the immense database that is distributed, isomeric, and dynamic update becomes increasingly difficulty by the way of browsing webpage manually. Topic searcher education multimedia- oriented comes into being against this background, it gathers education multimedia resources from the Internet automatically or the least participation of man, and finally we build an education resource database.This paper begins with education multimedia construction, making the webpage including multimedia in education domain as research object, designing and implementing a topic searcher education multimedia-oriented. The designing of topic searcher includes two parts that are system structure and topic search algorithm. The design of system structure is the base, and the design of topic search algorithm is the core. But in order to design the well-performance topic search algorithm, we must do some webpage pre-process jobs at first, which include parsing the webpage and segmenting words and so on. This paper organizes the content according to above thread. The main researches and results include:1. Based on the research current situation of topic searcher, we propose a system structure that includes one control, three filters (link type filter, link content filter and webpage content filter), and four storage (temporary page storage, target page storage, the middle link storage and update storage).2. According to analysis the distributed characteristic of education multimedia and based the Parser of Java swing, we design and implement a HTML parser, extracting the topic information of webpage. Combining the dictionary of Chinese segmenting, we implement the arithmetic of the max forward matching, segment the Chinese topic information and filter unrelated words. Combining the dictionary of English to Chinese, we implement the arithmetic of rapid-speed English segmentation, segment the English topic information, translate English topic information to Chinese and filter unrelated words.3. Based on the analysis of topic search algorithm, we improve the classic the algorithm of Fish search, and forward an incremental-study topic search algorithm, which takes into consideration both the content characteristic and structural characteristic of webpage, and can dynamic study in the process of search to suit different search environments.4. According to the system structure and topic search algorithm of topic searcher forwarding in this paper, we implement a topic search education multimedia-oriented. Finally, this paper points out the shortcoming and the ways that need to be researched more deeply.Based on Windows XP and Microsoft Access 2003 database, we employ the JCreator Pro as procedure development kit to design and develop the topic searcher of education multimedia-oriented, and take video as example to experiment.The experimental result indicates that the system architecture and the incremental-study topic search algorithm of topic searcher proposed in this paper can raise the precision of target resource, and increase the search efficiency.
