A product,only to meet the contemporary values and people's aesthetic taste, can be accepted by people. The product has no competitive strength in lack of aesthetic consciousness or cultural intension especially in the current society which material is very rich and merchandise is very abundant. Most consumers do not tell you directly that they buy merchandise mainly rely on appearance,but in fact if the product's quality is nearly the same or its excellent quality cannot be accepted by the consumer in a short time, the influence of appearance is very big, the mobile phone is a good example.Today mobile phone has become an essential part people's life, which is used to make a call, send messages, take photos, browse pages and etc, we can not imagine what the world will be without mobile phone. Simultaneously, the mobile phone sales has became a huge commercial opportunity with the swift growth of phone users.Cost performance has less influence in purchase Decision Making with the development of technology and the reasonableness of price; however, phone's appearance and innovation become a major decision factor. Phone's innovation, appearance, hospitality and other non-technical factors attach more importance and in a prominent place in the competition. This trend prompted phone companies to proceed with new product development, such as the appearance, shape and design to a new height. And then how to develop an original form of mobile phone is the very issue which manufacturers concern about.The rise of evolutionary computing technology, give us a kind of support to explore the method of mobile phones innovation which based on evolution. This paper studies how to apply genetic algorithm to the design of mobile phones, and evaluate the configurations by appropriate method. The main work embodied in the following three aspects:1,To apply GA to mobile phone configuration innovative design In the creative design of mobile phone configuration, people who are restricted by experience and Mind-set, often have difficulty in innovation, meanwhile, the usage of existed configuration is not very efficient. Therefore, the genetic algorithm will be introduced to the creative design, through making code which is used to indicate mobile phone configuration based on feature and recognizing excellent mobile phone configuration to compose parents, and then the system uses genetic operation to realize the creative design of mobile phone configuration.2,Evaluation mechanism of Phone layout based on SVMSupport Vector Machine is a machine learning method, its ultimate goal is classification, however, the evaluation of mobile phone layout is classification radically and divided layout plan into excellent, common and poor. Therefore this paper realize a intelligent evaluation of mobile phone layout by using the principle of SVM, combining the relevant control parameters as evaluating factor and choosing the proper kernel function and classification algorithm.3,Research of mobile phone configuration evaluation method by man-machine communicationWith regard to creative design, it is difficult to determine an appropriate evaluation function to make decision. It is at a great degree to reflect people's wisdom and thinking in configuration creative design , so we use a man-machine communication method to evaluate these productions. The evaluator can mark on the relevant aspect and give definite score; ultimately the system will give the evaluating result according to people's tendency.
