Research Of Integration Of ERP System Based On Web Services In Enterprise

Enterprise Resource Planning is an internal informed solution, a platform based on the information technology for the decision-maker to provide a management. During the 10 years'development of ERP, it had made great increase the efficiency of the enterprise resource and taken great advantage for economic and accelerate the information process of the corporation.Along with the enterprise's rapid development, the original ERP system couldn't meet the demand of the new business management, so it was urgent to integrate with other enterprise application information system.The integration solutions of traditional application information system usually integrated applications from peer to peer, which had many deficiencies in practical application, such as poor ability of integration, poor extensibility, poor interoperability and high cost. Nevertheless, Web Services had the predominant features of interoperability, encapsulation, low cost, loose coupling structure, normal protocol and high integrated ability, so the integrated solutions based on Web Services will become the mainstream of integrated field of enterprise application information system.The Web Services technologies have been applied to integrate ERP and other systems. The major research works and initiative points in this paper were as follows:1. The integration model of ERPâ…¡system has been analyzed in view of the results of the enterprise system integration. On this integration and by combining integration advantage of Web Services, the integration model framework of ERPâ…¡ system based on Web Services has been designed.In the integration model of ERPâ…¡system, CRM specially has been opened in the integrated solution, which used to realize ERP and E-commerce the seamless engagement when faced the customer. With the aid of E-commerce platform building supply chain management department, the seamless engagement with ERP system has been realized when faced the supplier and partner.The integration model framework of ERPâ…¡system based on Web Services, all systems of the enterprise have been designed as components of a loose structure. System interface, application communication, data transformation, information were all built on the open and widely received standard, and the users could get the information they needed quickly.2. Web Services engine has been specially researched.The idea of Web Services engine by combing the idea of engine with the technology of Web Services has been introduced, so the consistency of request of Web Services in different databases has been realized. This method not only improved the efficiency for application system applying for Web Services, but also made the realization of the application more concise and straightforward.3.
