With the increasing development of the corporation's automatization, the corporation's production has also gradually developed into the machine union production model, and the possibility of machine fault is greater than before. The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis are effective ways to assure the large-scale unit to run efficiently and to prevent plant accident. Considering the actual industry demands, a group monitoring and diagnosis system of machine union is designed and developed. The main research work in this thesis is as follows:1,The development and the challenges of machine group monitoring and fault diagnosis technology are studied. The common ways of status monitoring and fault diagnosis are analyzed. The structure of group monitoring system is designed.2,The condition appraisal problem of machine group which based on the artificial immunization system (AIS) is studied. The condition appraisal response model is build with the help of the improvement of the negative selection arithmetic, and the effectiveness of the model is demonstrated by experiment. The related arithmetic and parameter which refer to the model are researched and discussed. The appraisal system which based on the AIS model is designed and developed in this thesis. The test result indicates that the choice of appropriate parameter enable the model to have the good and exceptional monitoring ability. So it will have good prospect of application in the domain of equipment condition monitoring.3,The method which can improve the flexibility and opening of the group monitoring system is studied. The platform of the group monitoring system which based on configuration is developed by using the component programming and object-oriented technology. To improve the flexibility and reusability of the monitoring system, a data-centered architecture is proposed. To ensure the complete and consistent of data, the SQL2005 database management system is used to manage the configuration data and historic data. To improve the security and reliability of data transmission, the datasocket communication service components are used.
