With the rapid development of network and the unceasing enhancement of informationization, the information technology was applied widely in the agricultural domain. The agricultural advisory service system play a very important role in the agricultural informatization progress, it has been widespread concerned and has achieved great development. The agricultural advisory service system bring convenience to the users, unfortunately, has many problems at one and the same time, such as low technical means, lacking of interactions, incomprehensive covering of knowledge as well as disorderly and unsystematic information classification. Particularly, it hasn't had a suitable advisory way which is simple and easy to use by the user. Therefore, the research of expert-inducting inquiry model for agricultural questions has been launched by this thesis to solve the aforementioned problem. Using this model can support the user to raise questions and acquire solutions quickly. So this study has a great significance for the development of the agricultural advisory service and the agricultural informatization.The domestic and foreign research institution has't promoted any complete, implementary, explicit solution to solve the aforementioned problem in the agricultural advisory service domain now. Most of their researches are at the experimental stage, and mainly focus on the agricultural information intelligentized retrieval, the agriculture literature search as well as specific domain automatic question answering system which is based on the natural language inquiry. The research of using expert-inducting inquiry model for agricultural questions to help the user to build their correct and scientific consulting sentence are very rare, has not had the achievement reports.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of agricultural knowledge and builds the agricultural ontology based on the studies of the agricultural domain question's inquiry. This thesis expresses the information about the classes, attributes, relations and axioms of the agricultural ontology and gives the establishment process of wheat disease ontology in detail. The agricultural question-answer ontology is built to describe the resource and semantic meaning of the agricultural FAQ's texts; afterwards, this thesis introduces the realization processes of the text semantization and storage. The structure and the work flow of the expert-inducting inquiry model are given by this thesis based on the studies of the demand of the expert-inducting inquiry model. This thesis constructs the expert-inducting inference engine which is mixed by Jena, Racer and Jess, then explains the inference mechanism and builds the expert-inducting inquiry model for agricultural questions. The establishment process and examples of SWRL domain rule are introduced, and the switching process of the SWRL rules and OWL knowledge to the Jess rules and facts are introduced. Finally this thesis uses an example to explain the induction process based on the expert-inducting inquiry model.
