Distribution Network Fault Diagnosis Base On Rough Sets

This paper presents a new idea of distribution network fault diagnosis base on rough sets. Distribution network is regularity. Since lines of transfer have been set same protective relays, the same or similar regular was found in decision table and discernibility matrix and importance of attribute. Making use of this regularity, attribute reduction be simplified. Discernibility matrix and importance of attribute were used to attribute reduction, devide the process of attribute reduction into several parts. The attributes which have same importance calculate alone. For the character of distribution network, distribution network will be divided into two tiers of transmission line and substation. Put different levels of fault diagnosis method.The practical exmples of a real distribution network prove the valid of the mothods which are presented in this paper.Agent technology will be used for distribution network fault diagnosis, all separate substation Agent coordinate with each other throughout the distribution network fault diagnosis.
