In this period of electronic commerce, originally development techniqueof software system is with the ability not equal to its ambition. With thedevelopmentofenterpriseoperation,corporationsneed more flexible system in order to adapt to changed market. Originallydevelopment technique, structure oriented program is not suitable fordeveloping commerce application because of its stiffness. Structure orientedprogram is not fit for changes of business rules and changes of systemfunctions.Objectorientedtechniqueisusedtosolvethisproblem.Wecanonsystems'information and function together, with the use of object orientedtechnique. So, we can develop more flexible software systems which caneasilyadapttochangesoffunction.With the development of economy and the change of the market afterjoiningthe WTO, higher requirement was put forward in the management ofthe enterprise. The enterprise must use all kinds of advanced manufacturetechnology, with the help of the network and information technology,improve the manufacture model and organization structure, and win moreshare in the competition of the market. Many domestic enterprises havestrongly felt the pressure of global competition, these competitive pressurescome from the high degree of information technology, advanced experienceofthemanagement andthehighlevelofservicefromtheforeigncompanies.By the warehousing industry as a traditional industry in China, thedevelopments of its information technologyand modernization are generallyleg behind other domestic industries: a lot companies are still using themanual records and the artificial accounting. As well the communicationbetween the group and its branch don't make the networkingin use, and thatmakes the information flow exchange very slowly. At present, themanagement system applications of the domestic logistics are still in theinitialstage,Thelogisticsinformationsystemssoftwarewhichthelittlelargedomestic firms are used, are all purchased from abroad .In the modern time,to develop the logistics management system for SMEs that suited toChinesenational conditions and to work on the research of the Logistics InformationSystemisofgreatsignificance.The warehouse management system that described in this paper is basedon the B/S mode, including warehouse management module, capacitymanagement module, operating optimization module, and performanceevaluation modules, distribution support system module and some othersupport operations. By the research on the classical model of inventory, themanagement system was developed based on the needs from themanagement information system of Green Industry Group Co., Ltd. of Jilin Province,inordertomeettheneeds ofcustomers better,wetrytosupplythecustomersmoreintelligentsoftwareproducts.This paper describes the development process of a warehousemanagement system. The details of the requirements analysis and thedevelopment of the system designation are conducted explained. The systemconsists seven basic functional modules. This paper describes the analysisand design of a stock information system in which object oriented techniqueand visible model technique are used. At the time we develop the projects,by the research on the establishment of the warehouse management systemand the mathematical model, we described the algorithm that the systemused and made a finishing summarized for part of the improvement andoptimizationofthealgorithm.Inventory model is one of the key technologies for building theIntelligent OrderingSystem forWarehouse.F.Harris madethefirst inventorymodel in 1915.From them on, experts and scholars all over the world whoengage in studying inventory model have set up many good inventorymodels. In this paper, the design of the warehouse management system isbased on the enterprise storage centre for the company, after passing the testit will be delivered through the use of warehouse management in daily. Theenterprisebusiness mainlyinvolves thecultivation,procurement andsales ofagricultural products, the goods that it regular procurement and sales havethe Similarity characters: short cycle storage, large quantities, and differentvarieties of crops. Based on this particular situation, the group made a longdetailed discussion to select the correct algorithm. To optimize long runaverage cost of the multi-hem inventory system with more than oneprobabilistic resource constraint and with decaying products, severalfundamental theorems of general multi-item inventory system with someresource constraints were derived firstly. And an efficient polynomialalgorithm to find the optimized stock policywas put forward based on thesetheorems. A system dynamics simulation model was used to replacecomplicated calculation processes of the traditional algorithm. Multi-iteminventory system with several probabilistic resource constraints wasequivalent tocertainmulti-item inventorysystem withonlyoneprobabilisticresource constraint was demonstrated. Finally, an example was given toshow that the stock system with probabilistic resource constraintsoutperformed the one with traditional linear resource constraints sharply inmulti-resourceenvironmentandthenewalgorithmwasfeasible.This paper also introduced the basic knowledge that related to thedevelopment and application of the software, including Struts Framework,Hibernate, Eclips platform and the basic principles of inventory system.Second in the system analysis stage, the group introduced. the future, thefunctional ,the operational environment and implemented restrictions ofthe products. In the final stage of system design, the development of the project was based on the inventory control model of the modern theory ofinventory management, by using the object-oriented analysis and designmethods and techniques, we brought out the inventory management systemmodel that usingtheobject-orientedtechnology. Inthedevelopment process,we analysis enterprise needs and retrieval tasks demand according to theactualneedsofcustomersandprojectbackground,andusethemaps,activitydiagram to discuss a concrete realization of the system ,also give businessprocesses and data flow diagram to establish enterprise model. Wedemonstrated the reasonable of the system architecture and design,introduced the process of the database design, interface design, functionalrealization,byusingtheUMLdiagramtoillustratethecodetodataandlogic.Finally by the user interface and presentation of the function of specificdocuments, we introduce the various management function s that thewarehousingsystemprovides.This paper illustrates object oriented design with an example. Thesystem discussed in this paper has advantages of flexibility, changing easilyand maintenance easily. Though the system can't produce the optimalsolutions for the inventory problems, it can provide good inventory decisionplan, which enable the system to have enough applied value. With comingout of more applicable, more comprehensive inventory and replenishing thesystem with more inventory models, the system will become better andbetter,andwillbeappliedmorewidely,andwillbemorepractical.
