A Field-flow fractionation is a kind of particle separaction technology on the micrometer and nanometer scale.There are several common menthods of field-flow fractionation such as sedimentation field-flow fractionation,gravitational field-flow fractionation (GFFF),thermal field-flow fractionation and electric field-flow fractionation.The Gravitational field-flow fractionation method advanced by Dr.J.CGiddings with low cost ,simple,easily assembled,high efficiency,wide application,non-destructive to the component of separation etc,which caused widely concern among authorities and researchers.This paper research the process of hot emboding and hot bonding,applying measurement of gravitational field flow fractionation channel by laser CCD,the manufacturing process of FFF Analyser.and the application of G FFF.So,The main works of this paper are as follows:1.Analyzing the basic principles and theoretical composition of FFF and summarizing the current at abroad,as well as,analying the polymer microfludic chips the current at abroad and inland.The hot embossing and bonding are emphasized and their merit and shortage are pointed out.Based on that,the process of manufacture of FFFchips are reviewed and the research method and technical scheme are presented.2.investingating the hot embossing process.a polymer chips of process and parameters in field flow fractionation is characterized by experiment, a series of parameterswere carried out with varied process conditions,including process pressure,temperature,time,different material thickness and unload temperature,both the depth and width of hot-embossed microchannel was investigated.The conclusions can be obtained as following:(1),When the temperature is lower than material glass temperature,the depth of the channel is incomplete.(2)When the temperature is close to or exceed the glass temperature,the depth is essentially constant and.approximate equal to the highness of the template's raised size.(3)When the temperature is more highly than the glass temperature,the depth increasewith the increasing of the temperature,the depth keeps invariant and equal to the highness of the template's raised size.(4) When the temperature is extra high,the depth is instability and often caused distortion or air bubble,the process is difficult to control.3.The hot bonding process is investigated ,a polymer hot bonding process is chanracterized by experiment for PMMA,a series of experiments were carried out with varied process conditions, including processing pressure,temperature.time ,dif ferent materials ,unload temperature,both the size changes,the bonding force and age effect of hot-bonding was investigated.The conclusions can be obtain as folloing:(1)Using low-temperature organic solvents hotkey effective method of reducing the collapse of the substrate, the heat build-Uplift,the temperature is 35℃-66℃,the collapse of the substrate and the heat build -Uplift is lass than 0.02mm.(2) In order to control chanel's size the temperature is35℃-66℃,the pressure is 1.0Mpa-2.5Mpa.the variable of the pressure has little effect on the channel size and 90s is appreciated.(3)Hot embossing process has little effect ,unloading at direct unloading is better.The different thinckness materials effect has the similar rule.4. applying measurement of gravitational field flow fractionation channel by laser CCD:The high precision laser CCD displacement sensor is applied to measure the gravitational feld flow fractionation channel.And the detection date is processed by approximation limiting filter and 3σrule;the second is wavelet Denosing.The experiment proved that: non-contact detection system to meet the template chip and chip substrate requirements.5.This paper is designed polymer gravity field flow fractionation separation system,and develop the gravity field flow fractionation of applications.Though traditional gravity field flow fractionation and polymer-field flow fractionation ,the comparison of wheat separation effect to meet their demands.6.Summarizing the whole paper,giving the achievements and innovative discovers and prospecting the future research.
