Design And Implementation Of DCA Algorithm For 3G Mobile Communication System | | Posted on:2008-12-20 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:T X Li | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2178360242977779 | Subject:Electronic and communications | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Time Division-Synchronous CDMA(TD-SCDMA Time Division-Synchronization Code Division Multiple Access) is one of the 3rd generation international mobile telecommunication standards put forward by DATANG Telecom Group, approved by International Telecommunications Union (ITU International Telecommunication Union) and adopted by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP Third Generation Partnership Project).This paper mainly studies and implements of the Dynamic Channel Allocation algorithm (DCA Dynamic Channel Allocation) loaded in TD-SCDMA RNC(RNC Radio Network Controller) developed by DATANG Mobile Equipment Co.Ltd. After a thorough research on the Radio network controller (RNC) equipment technology , the radio resource management algorithm (RRM), as well as the technical characteristic of TD-SCDMA, a suitable dynamic channel algorithm(DCA) applicable for TD-SCDMA system is proposed, then the solution is also presented, finally the algorithm simulation and the realization is completed.DCA consists of Slow Dynamic Channel Allocation(SDCA Slow Dynamic Channel Allocation) and Fast Dynamic Channel Allocation(FDCA Fast Dynamic Channel Allocation). SDCA aims at providing suitable carrier priority list and timeslot priority list forCall Admission Control( CAC Call Access Control).Three kinds of SDCA algorithm are proposed: fixed queuing method, queuing method based on available Basic Resource Unit (BRU Basic Resource Unit), queuing method based on measurement. The queuing method of one cell can be configured flexibly.FDCA is one kind of dynamic allocate procedure.According to the different triggering source, the user is adjusted from a carrier/time slot to another carrier/time slot, thus the system load and the interference between users is decreased, the service quality of users is enhanced, simultaneously the interference of intra-frequency is suppressed, so the resource efficiency is improved greatly.The simulation results illustrate that the proposed algorithm obviously improves the utilization ratio of radio resource while keeping the service quality well.The research results of this paper have been successfully applied to the design and development of RNC equipment in DATANG Mobile Co.
