This Dissertation concerns about the research of intord bus system physical layer design and research. The objective of the physical layer design is to make sure that the signal can be transferred reliably.How to resolve the driven ability of 120 loads and keep good signal quality are the main research problem in this paper. Through analyzing of signals on the bus based on the theory of signal integrity, we solve the signal quality problem in the physical layer. In the research of signal integrity on the twisted pair, we first discuss the basic principles of transmission line and reflection on the transmission line. The methods to eliminate the reflection on the transmission line are discussed. In the aspect of capacitive loads driven ability, we figure out the maximal capacitance value of each load by the circuit simulation using matlab software.After the bus interface circuit was chose, we test the real signal on the bus. In the testing process, a testing platform was programmed to send the control signal. After all the works in this paper have been done, we basically solved the problems of 120 loads driven ability and kept the signal quality in a good condition.
