ASP model as Application Service Provider to meet the SME information construction and service needs. Association rules mining is an important problem in data mining research field. The aim of the association rules mining is to extract associations from vast data or objects. According to the associations we can discover the interdependence among objects. This article mainly discusses the Cookies file data getting technology,data pretreatment technology,model recognition and model analysis technology of web usage mining,and against the application of ASP mode SMEs manufacturing Information Platform's construction and perfect,and provide personalized services for users.1. Introduced the origin of data mining and realize the function, the current status and development at home and abroad by some technological means;2. Discuss the simple clustering algorithm and the classical Apriori algorithm for the association rules mining. First the clustering algorithm to classify types of users, is the base of Mining Association Rules;3. Discussed the design usage Web data mining system, including log files collection, data preprocessing, model analysis and model found that the technology used methods;4. Mining Association Rules mode analysis and application in platform for the optimization and give the recommendations.
