The Research And Realization Of Domestic Letter Of Credit System

Letter of Credit (L/C) is called"blood of international trade". It is used widely in the world. Now it becomes one of important intermediary business which commercial bank in China want to develop. Compared with the settlement by L/C frequently and largely, it is also suitable to develop L/C as one of settlement methods for internal trade. L/C for internal trade has many unique advantages in technology content, flexibility, risk control, etc. On basis of current development situation in China, the main reasons which result in the slow development of L/C in internal trade are that commercial credit is undeveloped, the system construction is lagged and market condition is not mature. Now it is good occasion to popularize L/C in internal trade in our country. Based on the goal of rising our domestic business credit standing, we should strengthen system construction, come on some invigorative policies, innovate products and other aspects to promote the development of L/C in internal trade.This thesis introduces the design concepts of the system for L/C business in domestic, the disposal function and mutual relations between each subsystem detailedly. It describes the demand of the system roughly, sorts the business functions carefully and particularity, studies the primary character of each function and the mutual relations between the similarities and differences points and provides clear demand analysis for next system layout and design.As the layout's train of thoughts, this thesis discusses the L/C establishment and L/C received functions in online disposal dealing and the report forms files creation functions in batch disposal dealing. In the whole design process, the main principles are simple and clear system, normal and standard flow.
