The Performance Optimization Of Web Database Application

Web Database Application is popular now. It's a problem which system designer and developers concerning very much that how to construct a proper web database application system, and improve its running efficiency. This thesis is to discuss the performance optimization of database application system, according to the development of a web dental System and combining with the using experiences of SQLserver.This paper mainly researchs and discusses the performance of web database application system and its optimization strategies and methods based on ystem fabric, database designing, SQL sentence optimization and query optimization, summarizes some practical tuning methods, technique and measures to increase the system' s performance. Give brief introduction of web develop language PHP,ASP and JSP, introduce B/S pattern and C/S pattern which used in system construct, describes JSP+Javabeans+JDBC technical roadmap used in web dental system, and the three-tiers architechure Browser/Middle-ware/Backend Database. This paper also introduces the performance tunning approach and database design standard, then applies these strategies into the development of web dental system.This paper introduces principles and mamagement stratetiges of the database connection pool, proposed a new search algorithm, to eliminate the aimlessness of parameter configuration. Record start times and end times of database connections, get optimize parameters from history workload, then use JDOM extract XML files, set these optimized parameters into initial files , optimize the connection method of the system.The web database application system's running efficiency is improved by using these optimize methods.
