Mine security is a key process in the production of mine. During the process of mine development, it is very important to measure the gas concentration in mines. According to the current technique for measure the gas concentration, the research of the system based on Bluetooth is introduced in this thesis. It elaborates the designing thinking of the software and the hardware and specific implementation of the system.As a telecommunication protocol, Bluetooth wireless technology ensures communication compatibility worldwide. It provides an open-standard of wireless interface and control software with a low-cost, low-power consumption solution. The background of development, characteristic of Bluetooth and structure of protocol are detailed in this thesis. Bluetooth is very complicated, an easy solution based on Host Controller Interface (HCI) is put forward. Meanwhile, the system uses the mature CAN bus to realize the data transfer system with wire and wireless.The thesis gives a detailed block diagram and describes the design of every part of hardware circuit. The thesis introduces how to constitute the system using MCU and Bluetooth module. It also introduces main chips operating principle which is used in this system. HCI protocol is introduced at length. A detailed analysis on the instruction of HCI UART is given. The process of initializing Bluetooth equipment, inquiring and requesting create a connection to other Bluetooth equipments, data transmission and disconnection is analyzed in detail. At last a software flow chart is given. Also, the thesis gives the main designing of CAN bus node.Some informations about debugging are given in the thesis to prove that Bluetooth is available to substitute the wire in the system. Bluetooth is a new way for data transfer in mine security, even in the area of measuring and controlling. |
