Heavy direct current (DC) measurement is a very important part of modern electric measurement. With more and more direct current power absorption, it is very urgent to develop the methods and instruments for heavy DC measurement to meet such requirement. This thesis is ground on the item of National Natural Science Fund"the research of multiplex Rogowski coils intelligent heavy DC sensors". According to our comprehension on the main principle of heavy DC measurement, we determine to study the follow work : the datas , which are dealed with adopting the least squares method time after time , are stored on the net database management system which users can enquire by intranet.By considering economy and practicability, the development of the system applied PC as hardware platform, Windows XP as software platform, ASP as browser end development tool, IIS as server, and Access as server end DBMS. This paper applied ASP technology and Access to develop browser end pages and database structures. This paper presents discussions on how to access successfully dates information from sensors, and how to input the information into database. The author developed network system structure with the configuration of Browser/Server. By this system, the user may fusion, query, and monitor the date information. The user input into some original conditions of petrochemical concrete devices, and then the system may displays the currently status of the devices, forecast DC measurement trends, and present the suggestions for the effective measures.
