An important issue in architecture design of integrated complex systems is dynamic performance & effectiveness evaluation. We discussed SysML system design according with DoDAF, how to obtain an executable model of the design project and how to evaluate the dynamic performance and effectiveness of the designed system. And also, we presented the general steps and the measurement methods for the issue in this paper.This thesis firstly illustrates what is system model and how to build a system model with System Modeling Language that is consistent with Department of Defense Architecture Framework. According to the UML RTF, based on SysML logic model, Petri Net, which is executable, is added to the system model and support the dynamic measure of performances (MOP) and measure of efficiency (MOE).Then, the thesis introduces the System Efficiency Analysis technology, which carries on a system efficiency analysis through the compare of mission space and performance space. According to the universal process of system simulation, a efficiency analysis&evaluation technology that based on dynamic system model is bring up. Finally, an Expedition Strike Group is illustrated as an example to explain how to build and evaluate a system model with the technology mentioned above.
