Since much irregularity, irrationality and resources- waists exist in plan management, project quality control and the allocation of resources based on the traditional model of audit, especially unable to employ, analyze and apply efficiently and accurately for the result of post-audit project, thus resulted in a big waist of audit resources. For the further consolidation of scientific management of audit and the rise of audit quality and efficiency, Laoyang Municipal Audit Bureau initially designed and developed the applying software of The Management System of Audit Object and Project, based on the web version of B/S structure. With the use of this software, the quality and the competence of auditors improved gravely, as well as a path of initial innovation was developed for the further rise of audit management level.
