At the present time, with the improvement of productivity and the continuous widening of the modern production scope, the relational fields increase continuously, and the kind and quantity of used resource rise rapidly. The problem of global environment polluting is arisen. With the recognition on environment protecting, the rate of protecting and controlling environment quicken continuously. In order to improve the city planning and environment fathering, the management and controlling of swage are required urgently. It becomes a basal work to measure swage flux well and truly. Based on the analyses and summarizing to the internal and overseas swage measurement actuality, a new way of swage measurement is advanced, and then the swage eduction measurement system is designed.Based on referring to the abundant information, a swage eduction measurement system is designed. The system introduces the technology of the computer, the singlechip, the digital way of water level measurement and wireless radio frequency, and then implements the remote real time sampling of swage flux. The system includes host station and measurement stations. The host station is constituted by computer and radio frequency module, and the measurement station is constituted by inductive digital water level sensor, Parshall flume and radio frequency module. The working process of the system is as follows. After converting the water level data sampled by the inductive digital water level sensor and the Parshall flume to the voltage of 1~5V, the conversion is executed by MSP430F149 from analog signal to digital signal by the sampling rate of 1Hz and the sampling precision of 12 bits. Through the nRF401, the data is transmitted to host station using the USART of MSP430F149. The computer in host station communicates with the RF module through the serial port, on the one hand sends message to measurement station, on the other hand receives the data from measurement station. The working mode of RF module is controlled by AT89C51. The host station computer receives data from serial port, and completes the computing, storing and displaying of the data.The system realizes the remote wireless communication between the host station and the measurement station by wireless radio frequency module which is made up of nRF401 and singlechip. It has many features, for example, novelty of design, accurate communication, strong resistibility of disturbance, and so on. The first part of the paper introduces the theory relative to the system of the swage measurement, including the basic theory and characteristic of the flux measurement of Parshall flume and the inductive digital water level sensor. The second part of the paper introduces the hardware design of the system, including the circuit design of host station RF module and measurement station RF module. The last part of the paper introduces the software design of the system, including the center computer of the host station, the RF module of the host station and the RF module of the measurement station.The system can be widely used in the product management of sewage disposal plant and the scientifically controlling about the wasted water. The system can be adapted to our present state of sewage measurement. The developing success of the system will increase management about sewage eduction measurement, promote the measurement and charging rate of sewage, and improve our circumstance.
