Coordinated design based on AWE is proved to be the method that can help improve and reengineer the product development process, reduce the cost and cycle of the product development effectively, and improve the quality of product design. In order to improve the competition ability of the corporation, adapt to the need of product renew to the market economy, the process must be adopt advanced design principle,analysis method and optimizated technology, and the design period of the product must be shorten.On the foundation of the introduction of Pro/E,AWE, this dissertation is focus on the coordinated design and optimizated technology of complicated production, and take the agriculture mobile frame as an example study complicated production design process. Solid modeling and types of Pro/E software is introduced, and aim at the characteristics of the solid modal, the characteristic technology of Pro/E is studied. This dissertation build solid model of the agriculture mobile frame in Pro/E. Coordinated design is introduced, and design coordinate,analysis coordinate and data manager based on AWE is studied. This dissertation study the interface technology of Pro/E and AWE, realize design coordination of the production, build the finite element model of the complicated product through the AWE mesh function, and finish the static,modal,Thermodynamic and fatigue analysis of the production coordinately, provide reference for the designer. On the foundation of the CAE analysis result of the product, the optimizated technology is studied, the turpo optimizated of the production is realized. Combine the turpo result, this dissertation design and analysis ten kind optimizated schemes and find the best optimizated design.
