The Measurement System of the Spin Model Attitude is one of the main instrument for the Vertical Wind Tunnel. It is mainly for registering the image during the spin model test and measuring,analyzing,processing the all kinds of the model motorial parameter. The paper is under the aegis of the impormant project—'Construct of theΦ5 Meter Vertical Wind Tunnel',It's aim is construct a measurement system for spin model attitude parameter,research about the pivotal technique of the computer vision measure, designed the reciprocal software and hardware.The main content of the paper is as fellows:The first,this paper puts out a measurement method based on the theory of computer tridimensioal vision to mearsure the attitude during the airplane model spinning.it can be worked out that three-dimensional information of the character about the surface of the model with parallax of the two camera's image. Then we can calculate the attitude with the ostensible characters which are the false characteristics include specifically shape and strict dimension.comparing with the traditial image character (eg.corner spot),it has upper discernment and orientational accuracy.and it has certain relation between the position,amount of the false character and the structure of the model,which is changeless during the rigid body commutation.So Based on the false character,we can count out the model attitude and special three-dimensional information abour the every time axes.The second, it designed the hardware of the measurement system based on the principle of the distributed truss and the centralized control and manage.and it designed the system software with the blocking idea.all these make the system realize the optic nonosaulant measurement and have upper automatization.The third,in order to validate the general capability of this measurement system,we develop the test research,having ground debugging on the rolling balance and series of wind spin model test.The frontal can quantificationally appraise the system metrical precision. The latter qualitative analyse the general spot capability includes precision,repetitive,stability and dynamic characteristic of the system.The actual data and the parallel analysis show that this system is satisfied with the planning request. Its error is in the allowable bound.It has upper reliability and stability.
