With the continual progress of missile's digitization, the control system based on bus is gradually widely applied on missile weaponry. As a result of it's good characteristic, 1553B bus take hold in most of quotient of weaponry product based on bus both abroad and home and is becoming a kind of international weapon-grade bus standard layout. In contrast to conventional testing system through point to point link, the fundamental changes will occur after bus technique is applied to missile control system; Each subsystem is connected with 1553B bus and communicates with each other.The bus monitor could observe and measure all of transmission data via bus. So a new fault diagnosis architecture will come into being in terms of subsystem level's fault diagnosing and system level's harmoniously diagnosing. At initial development phase, the technique of computer simulation should be adopted to generate a large amount of malfunction sample data in order to establish a well foundation for the in-depth research between subsystem level's fault diagnosing and system level's harmoniously fault diagnosing. For this reason this paper puts forward an idea of constructing a fault diagnosis simulating platform of missile control system based on the bus.Around constructing this simulating platform, the paper's main content and results are as follows:1553B protocol formalization description is carried out by adopting method of functional decomposition and modular modeling. 1553B bus simulation model is built to utilize Mathsworks corporation's modeling tool-Stateflow, including BC,RT and BM simulation module.A method of each subsystem fault information's mathematical expression on missile control system is studied and a unitive structural frame based on subsystem function with fault information is built by analyzing and abstracting incidence relation during subsystem fault mode,physical parameter and simulation model coefficient.Pointing to subsystem, the method of extracting and analyzing fault eigenvalue is studied by the way of exciting response.Aiming at electric steering engine,fault character is defined and fault sample data are generated by the way of simulating.Aiming at a missile control system, the system level's topology is built, allocating and optimizing study of the test points are done. At the basic of relativity matrix , the fault diagnosing strategy of system level is developed.The management scheme of fault simulating platform model system is present. A graphics integrating platform based on fault simulating is built, the problem of analyzing and evaluating index on fault diagnosis are discussed.The fault diagnosis simulating platform of missile control system based on the bus has great guidance and helpful value for the study of subsystem level's fault diagnosing technique and system level's harmoniously fault diagnosing verification,and offers an effective method for exploring the development of fault diagnosing on missile weaponry henceforth.
