As a novel and developing system, the wave-front curvature sensor with a diffraction grating (DGWFS) which makes use of the link between Quadratic Diffraction Grating and short-focus lens recovers the phase by measuring the curvature. It is simple in principle, and convenience to operation. According to the developing direction, it has great dominance in application. The background of the subject and the history of the wave-front sensor are introduced. The principle and design of DGWFS are introduced, as well as the algorithms for wave front reconstruction. Through comparative analysis, a new method for reconstructing the wave-front which solves the intensity transport equation by use of Neumann boundary conditions is gained. On the basis of this theory, the DGWFS is applied to the study of wave-front restoration. In the process of compiler, Mixed-Language is used. Troughs the program interface, the data and image are treated by operating the system. The whole process is convenience and simple. By experiments, the program is proved to be valuable. The result is compared to what is gained from other equipments, especially for the error result. |
