T-S fuzzy model and singular systems combined to form fuzzy descriptor systems.The fuzzy descriptor systems have attracted a lot of attention because it can approach and describe a class of extensive nonlinear systems with any precision.However,only few work on the fuzzy descriptor systems has been obtained so far.So it is of significant practical meaning to study the problem of fuzzy descriptor systems.The current research situation of fuzzy descriptor systems and the stability analysis were labored in this paper.A discussion about the problem of robust stability and robust control for uncertain fuzzy descriptor systems were stressed.The main results in this dissertation are as follows.1.The background,significance and situation of the fuzzy descriptor systems were dissertated,and the origin,characters and application area of the fuzzy descriptor systems were comprehensively analyzed.2.The problems of stability for continuous and discrete fuzzy descriptor systems were studied respectively by linear matrix inequality. The relaxed stability sufficient conditions were given.The new conditions are not conservative than the existing ones,and lead to less computational requirement.Then the H_∞controllers with state feedback were presented.3.Robust H_∞control for continuous uncertain fuzzy descriptor systems was explored.First of all,the model and concept were put forward for the uncertain fuzzy descriptor systems.Secondly,robust stability of the uncertain fuzzy descriptor systems was discussed.For all admissible parameter uncertainty,the robust stability can be estimated by corresponding linear matrix inequality.Lastly,a method is proposed for designing the H_∞controller.4.The problem of guaranteed cost control satisfies H_∞disturbance for uncertain continuous fuzzy descriptor systems by linear matrix inequality was studied.The robust H_∞guaranteed cost control law was derived.All the conditions were expressed as linear matrix inequality and simple matrix inequality,controller designing can be converted to solving protruding programming.
