The structural seismic test is a necessary link in research of quakeproof and disaster preventing. With the development of the control theory and computer technology, seismic test methods'tend is large-scaled, digitized, accurate and intelligent. Application of new testing methods on Quasi-static testing, Pseudo-dynamic testing and the Shaking table test is the hotspot of the research of the seismic testing of structures, especially the shaking table test based on intelligent control methods, which even became the leading-edge of the structural seismic test.The work of this paper is the part of the National Natural Science Fund item-《modern Structure pseudo-dynamic seismic simulated cooperative test methods and system》, The idiographic work is reconstructing the servo hydraulic control system of the seismic simulated shaking table, which has important mean to the research of the seismic simulated shaking table test methods.This paper shows the basic control methods of the servo hydraulic shaking table and intelligent trend of control methods, analyses the application of the iterative learning control arithmetic in earth-quake acceleration shape reappearance technology of shaking table. Aiming to reappear the earthquake waveform of the shaking table, A double close loop control system is Applied to building outer acceleration close loop, which is based on the displacement PID control of the shaking table servo hydraulic control actor: one is the inner close loop which adopt MTS control system's sutra PID control, and the other is the outer close loop which is include acceleration feedback, waveform conversion software and loading procedure, and adopts iterative learning control arithmetic to modify waveform. Take simulation with MATLAB, and validate the applicability of the theory.Design a simple test structure, Apply two different methods to educe the transfer function of the shaking table system, and modify the input and transfer function through iterative learning control theory, to realize the reappearance of earthquake waveform at shaking table-board. Achieve ideal effect through several tests. Validate the performance of the system after reconstruction. Take the exploration and experiments with the online and real-time iterative learning control theory.
