With the development of information technology, the people's request to the safety of information is higher and higher, the information encrypt, the digital certification,digital signatureand other professional technical terms becomes the living vitally related contents of people. As a kind of new technology of encryption and certification with several characteristicses of its oneself, the elliptic curve cryptosystem just become the essential cryptosystem gradually, thus replace the RSA long-term governance position in the cryptology technique realm.The net banking is the outcome of the information technology development,at the time of biggest convenient customer, it have very high request to the safety and real-time of itself, thus these request is exactly the advantage of the elliptic curve cryptosystem.The application of elliptic curve cryptosystem in net banking will push the development of the electronic banking biggest necessarily, and bring the larger convenient and safe assurance to the people.This thesis mainly discusses of have:The contents that the conventional cryptsystem and the public key cryptosystem include,especially the security property of RSA public key algorithm which is widely used in net bank at present.The contents of elliptic curve cryptosystem and the arithmetic of the attack towards elliptic curve and the selection of the safety elliptic curve .A digital signature algorithm based on ECC is constructd. In addition,the application of elliptic curve cryptosystem with many aspects in the net banking are analyzed.
