Research And Design On Information Personalization Service For Community

Community plays an important role in social development. Providing high quality and diversity service for community residents is significant way to improve people's life quality. State information development strategy puts community information construction on first place of community construction in future. It emphasizes on integrating all kinds of information system and resources, building uniform community service platform, improving community service, and gradually providing free internet access in public place to offer Electronic Government, education training, medical care service and so on.With the internet technology and society moving on, news and information become part of our life. Easy and convenient to access community service information and internet information for community residents should be concerned.This paper stands on analyzing community information service and personalization technology, put forward and research on information personalization service for community. The service integrates current community service resource and internet information, push them to community residents especially elders and handicapped who have little information source according to their personal preference. This paper analyzes the characteristic of information personalization service for community from service content and service pattern. According to this characteristic, put forward community resident personal modeling method based on home information client. Recommendation method is the key in personalization service, according to the user model, combining user information group and item based collaborative filtering, solving and analyze cold start problem in recommendation process. Based on user modeling and personalization recommendation method, we design the information personalization service system, including architecture, home information client, information collection, kernel recommendation method.
