Focus-media And Tribalization Of Mass Culture

Mass communication, as the driver and vector of the mass culture, not only has richened but also has created mass culture. With the development of the reform and opening up, more and more thoughts pouring from the west, which can be seen not only in t social economy, politic, and culture, but also in the public daily life, especially in the personal relationship, entertainment, consuming, and culture areas. As a result, the root of mass communication has been shaken by the raising of the focus-media, as reflects a new social culture mode is starting. This essay, based on the realities, has studied and analyzed the impacting of the focus-media to the mass culture. So as to reveal how to face the focus-media time's coming. As mass culture and mass communication, the relationship among focus-media, mass communication, and mass culture is the study line of this essay. In fact, this essay's keynote belongs to cultural studies. Through this criticism I want to launch a series attention and thinking among public in the coming of the new communicational time.This essay uses context of"here"to study the changes of mass culture which is happened in the focus-media time. To update thinking and study about the mass culture, I, after carding the development of the focus-media, get a conclusion that mass culture is becoming tribalism. Firstly, for the sake of statement, I re-define some kernel concept including mass communication, mass culture, focus-media, and the tribalization of the mass culture. Secondly, the realities of dismiss of the mass communication are listed as my study's arguments. Finally, as the body of the essay, I mainly argue some assumption about the tribalization of mass culture. In this part, I list several phenomenons as my study basement, such as YOUTUBE, TV's interactive broadcast mode, and Mar's words. In addition, I discuss the nature of the tribalization of mass culture and some question to be faced in detail.Above all, in the focus-media time, the tribalization of the mass culture is raising, which is the main achievement of this essay. Every body has the responsibility to devote himself to his society. As a student, some words in this essay may be sounded ridiculous which is inevitable, but what I has said was based on the realities at least.
