In our society, the continuing development of technology brings a lot of convenience to our lives. It also has its negative effects. Issue of security is often under threat. The traditional security systems have been stricken, such as passwords were deciphered, cards were forged. At home and abroad Omni-directional security authentication system has been focus on. Authentication methods have been developed from passwords, ID cards, smart cards to biometric identification, authentication system have been developed from the single system to the network. The design of the image recur display and authentication broadcast security certification system, it is based on an embedded system, integration of the biometric identification cards and RFIC.The system is mainly making use of the technology advantages as follows.Biometric identification refers to an identification technique of a person, based on his/her inherent biologic characteristic by computer technology. Due to the uniqueness and invariability of biologic characteristic, the biometric identification is more attractive, compared with traditional methods such as password and ID certificate. Fingerprint,voice recognition and other biometric technologies have high precision, but there are still some shortcomings such as high level of violations ,use of specialized equipment, costly. The user-friendly of face recognition technology is higher than that of several other biometric identification technologies. Its moderate prices, superior performance can be accepted by users easily, this paper will use face recognition technology.The contactless IC card technology is a new technology in recent years. It is a technology that combines wireless identify technology with the IC card technology, it has higher security, better convenience and performance price ratio. Most of traditional automation biometric identification system is based on PC platform ,the system is inflexibility because of the constraints of the location and space, the emergence of embedded system solves this problem, the system is designed to be small, portable, low power consumption, and low cost. Embedded systems are usually used for specific applications. The largest difference between Universal and Embedded CPU is that the embedded CPU is usually used for a specific user groups. The embedded CPU generally have low power, small size, high integration, the task which is finished by general-purpose CPU Board, now can be integrated on the chip itself, this characteristic will make embedded systems become smaller, their mobile capabilities have been greatly enhanced, and network coupling is more closely.This paper we combine some of these advantages to design the security authentication system. The system combines face recognition and RFIC card based on embedded system. Select ARM9 processor S3C2440A as a core processing module which is widely used. Custom embedded Linux operating system to complete its task scheduling and management. When people arrived at the designated safety space, the camera get face images, then we can get the characteristic information of the face after terminal pretreatment. Compare the data with the information got from the RFID card reader; the results further the safe operation of the corresponding control. According to the specific functional requirements, the system can be divided into four modules: Front characteristic gathering module, image display and processing module, network interface module, recognition algorithm module. The reasonable design and integration of the four modules can achieve the specific certification reporting functions.The purpose of this paper is to design a comprehensive security system, its processor should can handle real-time multi-task, and have short interrupt response time, can run OS on it, in order to complete the system task including the RFIC information and image collection processing, the image recur display and reporting, and other function. The system choose S3C2440A which is a 16/32 bit ARM920T RISC processor, the ARM920T realizes MMU, AMBA BUS and Harvard cache architecture. The MMU function can be used to support Linux, S3C2440A also support system boot code operating in the external NAND Flash,providing 4KB of SRAM cache for system start-up guide. Therefore, through the expansion of 64M SDRAM and 32M+1024kB NAND Flash, procedure and boot code are operating. S3C2440A also provides a complete set of common system peripherals ports, including video interface and LCD interface, reducing the additional components of the system configuration and cost. The other system peripherals are also selected from the system structure optimization, performance improvement, lower power consumption, cost reduction and so on.This paper briefly introduces the background and status of the security authentication system, describes the basis and method of the system in detail. Subsequent aimed at the structure of the hardware and embedded software design of the relevant parts with emphasis, the choice of various chips with emphasis. The micro-processing module S3C2440A, the read-write module MFRC500, OV7640 image acquisition module, memory modules, LCD display parts have been analyzed concretely. Then the paper introduces the development environment of the software, the initialization code, custom kernel and driver code. For practical application, the system may encounter a lot of interference, in the final chapter of the paper includes anti-jamming measures to ensure system reliability and stability.The main purpose of the system is to design with the friendly face recognition technology and traditional non-contact RFID card identification to achieve comprehensive security authentication system. The system is designed to enhance the security, at the same time, overcoming shortcomings of establishing a huge facial feature database of traditional facial recognition and the low safety of single radio frequency identification cards. It is also designed to suitable for the needs of the physical environment. At the same time the system will be extended certification reporting functions, on the one hand can facilitate timely access to the outcome of the certification, and on the other hand can also facilitate services of internal staff. The security authentication system is small, low-power, anti-jamming capability, stable and reliable and can also be stand-alone or network, and other characteristics .It is suitable for all kinds of small and medium-sized, big space security systems.
