The DCD-2D electric steering servo is not only executing element in flightcontrol system of pilotless aircraft, but also essential equipment in independent flightof pilotless aircraft. However, our unit uses test facility of the electric steering servogets older and older, the test method is backward, the recording and processing of testdata entirely depends on manual work, test efficiency and precision is very low. Sincelong ago, this traditional test way is difficult to meet need of high technologydevelopment in our base of aerial weapon experiment and training. In this situation, itis urgent needs to develop the new generation of electric steering servo intelligenceautomated test system.In this paper, considering our unit's actual situation, we design the electricsteering servo intelligence automated test system based on the single microcomputerand PC after detailed research and analysis to the original test facility and the testmethod. In this paper, we first introduce the general design of the system and eachmain constituent;in the following chapter, we introduce key technology of the system,for example, the data acquisition technology, the serial port communication technology,the virtual instrument technology, the digital voltage regulating technology. Secondly,we introduce the core component of the system, AT89C52, MAX197 and the increaseencoder, and so on, corresponding, we design the periphery hardware electric circuit ofthem; Following, Keil C51 and Visual C++6.0 software which applies to the systemhas carried on the explanation, we give the program flow diagram of each mainmodule and the partial sources code, and design main test interface of the system.Finally we give the brief explanation to the process of the soft and hardware debuggingby the example.Finally, in the finis paper, we give the brief summary to this system and proposethe improvement and enhancement question.
