The digitization of the Multimedia data has provided great conveniences for the information accessing and increases the efficency and accuracy of expression. But it also brings serious problem. The technology of digital watermarked is a valid method in protecting the copyright and defending security of the digital product.It is a major branch of the information hiding.In this paper, the digital image's data is transformed from space domain to frequency domain coefficienct by the DWT and the CWT combined. At the same time, for enhencing the resistance attack, the information is embedded to the appropriate frequency coefficienct by cipher. Contrast to the traditional digital image processing algorithm, which apply DWT only, this algorithm achieves faster restrain velocity and accords with the fact that the image is constituted of continuous points and discrete points. Numberic simulation indicates that this algorithm is effective and feasible.
