As the great development of the society productivity and the endless appearance of the advanced electronic technology, the domain of the application of the electronic devices is more and more widely. Thus, how to provide safe and steady electrical source for these advanced electro-equipment has become a problem to be solved urgently. Among the total, steady voltage source , as well as constant current source , plays a key role in instrumentation, electronic equipment and new technology. Whereas, more and more people have taken up with the research of steady voltage source in a long period of time, moreover, it is relative limited to study and design constant current source as well as collect its correlative information. Nevertheless, constant current source has been applied extensively and abundantly in many domains, such as performance test of semiconductor assemble , production of steady magnetic field in modern large equipment and light accommodation of lighting electrical appliance. In such background, the text has designed and developed a constant current source of chopped-controlled AC voltage regulation circuit.Firstly, the text has introduced the application and status of constant current source, besides it also presents the aim and significance. After that, design principle and practice scheme of hardware and software for constant current source of incompatibility AC have been recommended in details. The result of experiment has shown us that our project will lead to achieve what we want because of our theory research, principle design and complete engine test. In addition to this, constant current source has a good prospect to develop. Still, we should further improve and perfect its plan as well. Of these, the hardware part of a more detailed discussion of the chopped-controlled AC voltage regulation circuit switching device selection, design principle and control the optimal choice. At the same time, we design the programs of the control circuit, the current detection circuit, man-machine interface and so on. In the software segment, we also introduce a specific PI control, PWM waveform generation and fault diagnosis, and other design methods. Finally, the system loss, as well as anti-jamming and power increase has done further analysis and summary.In this paper the design of non-complementary exchange constant current source, its structure is simple, cost low, efficiency high. In addition, the system's dynamic response speed is fast. After the theoretical research, principle design and overall debugging, the experimental results have showed that the way could be an option, but certain aspects of the design still need further refinement and improvement.
