This paper introduces the basic principle of several codes and modulation techniques and the overall implementation structure under the topic, focuses on the analysis and discussion of pulse shaping filter and interpolation technology with roll off factor able to be adjusted and the implementation methods of multiplier and adder in filters. The variable multi-parameters inside FPGA can be set by an external controller, to support the multi-speed data transmission within the scope from 32.000 kbps to 4.096 Mbps and apply to transmission systems with different band-limited performances of signal channels. The project in this paper realizes with a FPGA chip channel coding (including data scramble, difference code, convolutional code, RS code and interleaving), multiple modulations (BPSK, QPSK,π/4-QPSK, TC8PSK, 16QAM), pulse shaping filter, multi-level interpolation, upconverter and data source with continuous/burst signal. The research results of this paper, if used in the signal source research platform of some institute, can basically meet the demand imposed by research and maintenance of demodulation equipment on signal source. That shows the value of this paper.
