Along with the rapid development of Web technology, application based on Web has developed from localize to globalize, from centralized to distributed, from person centralized to program centralized, namely Web Services. The appearance of Web Services bring a new application mode of Web, it can encapsulate various Web applications into services and deploy them on the Web, then, use Web to discover, integrate and invoke them dynamically, thereby implement compact interaction between platform and operating system, between program languages, solve the problem that difficult to interaction between heterogeneous platforms of distributed compute effectively, become the main solution of distributed application, realize the automatization of web application. But, the current Web Services have many deficiencies in use. In the invoking procedure of Web Services, use description language based on syntax to describe Services, depend on simple categories and keywords match to discover services, also need participation of people in interacting, all these made lower computer understandable of Web Services, lower rate of right discover, bad efficiency and quality, has no guarantee on confidentiality, accreditation and Web security. Furthermore, the coming forth of amount Web Services sharpens these problems, highlights the needs of intelligence and services security.In order to solve these problems, and make Web application transform from automatization to intelligent, this thesis attempts to apply the fruits of semantics Web to implement more effective and more quality invocation of Web Services. Semantics Web extends from the current Web, aims to realize Web intelligence. Its basic thought is to use effective technologies and standards to add well definition to various information resources, employ computer to comprehend more meanings of information and dispose intellective, become Semantics Web Services.In this thesis, we use ontology based semantics description to improve the computer intelligibility, use capability based description and match to improve the discovery veracity of Web Services, use the implementation of Web security in various fields of broker as a reference, to implement broker based Web Services intelligent invocation. This procedure applies the new fruits of Semantics Web, including: applies ontology to describe sources and the complex and abundance relations between them, applies ontology description language to describe Web Services resources, applies Query Language of Semantics Web to implement services request. Based on these harvest we do the following works: design broker architecture to implement the disposal of services request, the discovery and invocation of Web Services. First, explain the advantage of Web Services invocation under broker mode; second, describe Web Services with semantic under broker; use OWL-S virtual machine to sustain broker, this procedure extends OWL-S in order to make it can apply to broker mode; finally, discuss and design the Web Services invocation procedure based on semantics under broker, and design an experimentation to validate.
