| with the development of the world telecom economy, one of the challenge of the telecom service provider is the management of the telecom service and the basic network device. It is urgent and necessary that using the telecom management network to manage communication network instead of manual management, and the telecommunication network management technology tends to be comprehensive, distributed and intelligent.As a prevailing international standard architecture of telecommunications network, Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) has been adopted by more and more network management system. The technical specifications, interface specifications and management specification set by TMN provide the blueprint and basis for the development of network management system.Jiangxi telecom began to build the telecom management network of its own since 1995, and from then on, we have build the part of the management system that face to network. But because of the lack of the same standard in the process of build, it brings on the isolation of the built system and the information can't share.I analyze Jiangxi telecom network in detail, and on the base of the current supporting network. So the goal and characters of this paper is as followed:①The Schema files of related alarm information instituted and MO model established make the dynamic release system can work stability in the ITEView network system;②By analysing the data characteristics in the telecommunication net, adopt a different way to release data, reduce a network load, raised system efficiency;③Adopted B/S structure to process system design and Socket communicate between customer and serve, make the whole system have good transplantation and filter processed ability to the information, it can provide customers alarm information on customer's demand, such as nameboard, equipments type, the monitor quantity, time and warning Class...etc.Now this system had alreally applied in ITEView network managed system of jiangxi telecom. |
