Cryptography is the core of the information security. Modern cryptosystem is divided into the public key system and the private key system. The private key system is also called the single key system, in which the encryption key is the same as the decryption key. The public key system is also called the double key system, where the encryption key is different with the decryption key. Since the public key system can publish its public key and keep its private key secret, it has many new applications such as the digital signature and authentication.With the analysis of encryption technology, the Hill cryptosystem is improved by using matrix construct technology, then the RSA-Sign-Hill algorithm based on RSA cryptosystem and Hill cryptosystem after developed is proposed in this thesis. The special advantages of these two kinds of cryptosystem are used to encrypt important information in RSA-Sign-Hill algorithm. The RSA-Sign-Hill algorithm can realize the fastly transferring of the important information. It also can realize the verification about the integrity and authenticity of the information. This algorithm has very strong Nonrepudiation, and it can achieve the effect of one-time-pad. Next, we discuss problems in software implementation and operation of file encryption system based on RSA-Sign-Hill algorithm. At last, the conclusion of this research is achieved and the forecast of later research is made in this thesis.
