The Research & Realization Of Remittance For Foreign Currency System

With foreign exchange funds in domestic liquidity continuously strengthened, international business has rapidly developed and the trend of commercial banking operations became international. In order to take full advantage of financial services and promote business concepts and management changes, how to change the slower situation of foreign currency bank deposit and remittance liquidation is a new problem and challenge which commercial banks are facing.This paper is composed of seven parts. To start with, the paper introduces the foreign currency settlement system design, processing and the mutual relations between the subsystems. The difficulties which are often encountered in the system design will be settled with new methods and new technologies which are based on the actual operation of the development process and production data in the experiments reported in this paper.In the first part, the author briefly describes system requirements, and then makes a serious and careful classification of operation function. The author also focuses on the various features, similarities, differences and mutual relations of the basic business function. All these will provide a clear idea of demand analysis of the next system planning and design.In the part of system planning and design, the author mainly focuses on the features and implementation of systematic communication mode in the context of plenty of data. Considering foreign currency business liquidation features and different line-level branches, the author analyzes technical methods of branch bank's structure and the features of the general bank's structure respectively. In the design of system planning, the author introduces explicit planning ideas based on the basic framework of existing banks, minimizing the dressing of the existing structure. This system planning is characterized by focused and in-depth analysis, according to a longitudinal path analysis design of the entire system.The system is based on the existing commercial banking comprehensive business processing system. After design and development, the processing systems are integrated seamlessly and become a part of the commercial banking comprehensive business processing system.The system was complete fund settlement based on more than 20 years of systems integrating solid RMB business accounting management experience and international clearing, settlement and accounting advanced business practices, integrated with the international foreign exchange business liquidation mode, using internationally accepted standards SWIFT format.The system is designed to provide a large network of foreign exchange remittances, and the B-share liquidation, the bank foreign exchange funds and liquidation functions in the community.The system is a large application of cross-platform, multi-species, multi-protocol networks. According to the system filtration process, it is divided into terminals and transmission subsystems, processing subsystems, and host communications applications subsystem. To ensure the development of the system and deliver security of internal networks, the general system cooperates with the SWIFT communications subsystem, while the various subsystems are connected by different communication protocols.Using the SWIFT message which has variety of complex format, foreign currency liquidation operations are relatively complex process aimed at a different agency bank and the liquidation channels. How to make the text achieved through the treatment system is a difficult problem. The system using effective and efficient design parameters, automated processing efficiency is greatly raised. The system automatically releases the business road choice, automatic matching business, automatic sorting liquidity and automatic liquidation which will greatly save labor force and material resources, then enhance the efficiency of the system.
